Ingredients For Arrowroot Coconut Milk with Baked Carrot Fries Recipe

  • For Baked Carrot Fries

    • 1 cup carrots

    • rock salt to taste

    • 1 tsp ghee

    • pinch of cinnamon powder

    • pinch of cumin powder

    • 1 tbsp chopped dill leaves

  • For Arrowroot Coconut Milk

    • 200 ml coconut milk

    • ½ tsp cardamom powder

    • 2 tsp arrowroot powder

    • water as required

    • 1 tbsp honey

How to make Arrowroot Coconut Milk with Baked Carrot Fries Recipe?

  1. First, cut the carrot and place it on the baking tray. Add rock salt, 1 tsp ghee, a pinch of cinnamon powder, cumin powder and 1 tbsp finely chopped dill leaves and spread it properly onto the carrots.
  2. Then let it bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 10-12 mins.
  3. In a pan, heat 200 ml coconut milk and mix cardamom powder with it.
  4. In a bowl, mix 2 tsp arrowroot powder with water properly.
  5. Mix the arrowroot paste with the hot coconut milk.
  6. While serving, add 1 tbsp honey to the glass and mix it properly with the arrowroot coconut milk.
  7. Arrowroot milk is ready to serve with baked carrot fries.
