During summertime, the ‘Shabaash Mithu’ actor beats the heat by sipping on cooling sherbets, such as rhododendron, kokum, and masala shikanji.
Her recent diet was a mix of carbs, proteins, fibre, and fats. Millets have been a major part of her diet, including ragi and jowar.
