For the Tandoori Marinade

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder

Step-by-step tandoori momos recipe

  1. Prepare the momos dough
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and enough water to form a smooth, pliable dough.
  • Knead the dough for a few minutes, then cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  • Dip each momo into the prepared tandoori marinade, ensuring it is evenly coated on all sides.
