In this bonding-centric episode, Rocky and Mayur start the day by relishing sourdough bread with the bread-whisperer Sujit Sumitran. They then embark on a biking adventure with Jawa’s rider group to the village of Aldona and bond over travel stories and catch a sunset where they talk about their friendship.

Sumona's next halt is a beautiful hill station, Kalimpong. After experiencing the thrill of paragliding, Sumona heads to Happy Valley Tea Estate to meet the local women who pluck tea leaves.

Sumona Chakravarti visits Aasmaan, an art and cultural centre by Kolkata Creative Waste Art Centre where tins, plates and other metal objects are converted into musical instruments. She also meets a musical group, that raps in Bengali as well as Hindi.

Rocky and Mayur pay tribute to the feisty, confidant, warm, and bold women of Goa, who have put Goa on the map with their exceptional achievements. They meet India’s first woman Kiteboarder, Charmaine and Margarida, who runs her late husband's authentic Portuguese restaurant, Nostalgia, tucked in the gullies of South Goa. They also meet Pratyusha, who left her comfortable life back in the US, to run her Kombucha start-up.
