INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg bathua (wash througl
  • 1.5 cup sour plain yoghurt
  • 2tbsp gram flour (besa
  • 4-5 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • For the tempering 2tbsp ghee
  • 1tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/4 tsp fenugreek seed
  • 1tsp coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp asafetida
  • 1/2 tsp red chili pwdr
  • 2tsp cumin seeds for tdka

PREPARATION

    Firstly take a bowl add yoghurt and add gram flour, Salt, turmeric, and water whisk it. And keep a side .

    Now tack pain heat ghee add fenugreek seed, coriander seeds and crushed garlic .

    Now add onion cut on thin sliced cook for it .

    now add greens roughly chopped and saute for 15 min. and saute till then becomes soft .

    Then add yoghurt mix and stir Continuesly. Didn't lumps come .

    Kadhi is ready serve in a bowl and tdka with cumin seeds and red chili pwdr. Serve with rice .
