  • 2 tea spoon milk
  • 1 tsp fine chopped onion
  • 1 tsp fine chopped tomato
  • 1 tsp boiled corn
  • 1 tsp fine chopped capsicum
  • half tsp chilli flakes
  • half tsp oregano
  • half tsp black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • half tsp chilli powder
  • pinch of aamchoor powder
  • 3 tsp shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil

PREPARATION

    Preparation Step 1 - Mix 2 eggs and milk in a glass with salt to taste and pinch of black pepper powder, mix properly. Step 2 - Take one bowl and mix all mentioned vegetables, salt to taste, pinch of black paper, oregano and chilli flakes and cheese, 1 tsp olive oil mix it properly.

    Recipe Hot non-stick pan, with butter on medium flame, pour half mixture of egg + milk in the hot pan, put a lid on for half minute. Afterwards, bowl mixture equally on Omelette, put a lid for 1 minute, then pour remaining egg + milk mixture on top, put a lid for 3 minutes. After that, flip the Omelette and put a lid for 2 minutes and turn off the gas.
