Ingredients

  • For Cheesecake Base

    • 200 gm chocolate biscuits

    • 50 gm castor sugar

    • 50 gm melted butter

    • a pinch of salt

  • For the filling

    • 150 gm hung curd

    • 50 gm cream cheese

    • 100 gm condensed milk

    • 1 cup whipped cream

    • 2 tbsp gelatin

    • 2 tbsp lukewarm water

PREPARATION

    Grind chocolate biscuits to a fine powder, add butter and sugar mix well and form a base on the tin, make sure you press well to form a firm base.

    In a bowl add hung curd, cream cheese, condensed milk and whip all the ingredients together to make a smooth paste.

    In the filing add vanilla essence and fold whipped cream gently.

    Add gelatin in the mix and fold all the ingredients well.

    Pour this mix on the chocolate base and top the cream with chocolate crust.

    Place the tin in the refrigerator to chill for 10 to 12 hours.

    Ice the cake with whipping cream.

    Decorate the cheesecake the way you like and serve it chilled.
