Ingredients

  • For yeast solution

    • 7 gm dry yeast

    • 60 ml warm water

    • 1 tsp sugar

    • ½ tsp salt

    • 2 tsp refined flour

  • For dough

    • 340 gm refined flour

    • 30 gm powdered sugar

    • 100 ml milk

    • 45 ml water

    • 80 gm salted butter

    • oil for frying

  • Other ingredients

    • melted white chocolate

    • melted dark chocolate

    • colour full sprinkler

PREPARATION

    In a bowl add refined flour and yeast

    Now add water, salt, sugar and mix well.

    Keep aside for 10-15 minutes. In another bowl, add flour, sugar and mix well.

    Now add yeast solution and mix it well.

    Add milk and make a soft dough.

    Now knead it well so that everything gets mixed well.

    Cover the dough and allow it to rest for 60 minutes.

    Dust the disc.

    Knock back the dough and roll it into a ¼-inch thickness. Now cut this using a doughnut cutter.

    Arrange on a baking tray lined with butter paper.

    Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.

    Heat oil the pan and drop each doughnut and deep fry until they turn golden brown in colour.

    Remove and allow it to cool down.

    Melt a dark chocolate and dip each doughnut. Remove and keep aside.

    Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkler colourful sprinkler.
