2. Western Wall

3. City of David

4. The Church of the Holy Sepulchre

The Church is one of the, if not the holiest sites for Christians. Christians believe that the Church is the very place where Jesus was crucified and buried. It is also known as the Church of Resurrection because the Church is also where Jesus was resurrected. People of different Christian beliefs like the Roman Catholics, Greek Orthodox, Armenian Apostolic, etc., gather here and pray. It is one of the most prominent places to visit in Jerusalem.

5. Israel Museum

Known to be one of the best museums in the world, this museum will take you on a journey to help you understand the religious and cultural importance of the city. 6. Dome of the Rock

It is one of the most important places to visit in Jerusalem for Muslims as they believe this was the very place where Prophet Mohammad ascended to Heaven. The third holiest site for Muslims after Mecca and Madinah, non-Muslims are not allowed to enter inside the Dome. Built in the Byzantine architectural site, the Dome sits on top of the Temple Mount.

7. Yad Vashem

The Holocaust, which saw the annihilation of at least six million Jews, is forever etched on the minds and hearts of the Jewish community everywhere in the world. This building stands as a memorial to every Jew who lost their life in the Holocaust. Standing as physical proof of the atrocities of WW2, the memorial premises include museums, sculptures, records, actual personal belongings of the people imprisoned at the concentration camps, gardens, monuments and more.
