  1. Preparing the marination: For the first step, take a bowl and put the cleaned and dry chicken pieces into it. Now, add the ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix well and cover before putting it aside.
  2. Preparing the spice base: Put a ‘kadhai’ on a stove and pour in a bit of ghee. Add onions and stir well until the onions turn golden brown. Now add in ginger garlic paste and mix. After a few minutes, add the tomato puree and stir until blended.
