From their bridal outfits to what the wedding festivities looked like, here are all the details from Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif's wedding.

Bollywood actors Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif finally made their relationship official as they tied the knot at the Six Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan on Thursday, December 9, 2021. The star couple took to their respective Instagram accounts to announce that they’re now Mr and Mrs. The wedding announcement was made with a bunch of pictures from the ceremony, shot by celebrity wedding photographer Joseph Radhik, and his team. Their posts read, “Only love and gratitude in our hearts for everything that brought us to this moment. Seeking all your love and blessings as we begin this new journey together." Their couple looked resplendent and every bit in love holding hands and smiling ear to ear in these photos.

In attendance were Vicky and Katrina’s close friends and family, including, Isabel Kaif, Sebastien Laurent Michel, Neha Dhupia, Angad Bedi, Malavika Mohanan, Radhika Madan, Mini Mathur, and Kabir Khan.

The Bharat actor’s bridal look was styled by celebrity stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania. Katrina, who looked every bit a quintessential Indian bride, donned a classic red matka silk lehenga-choli set by celebrity designer Sabyasachi with tilla work and zardozi borders in velvet. Her veil was custom-trimmed with handmade kiran and hand-beaten silver electroplated in gold – which served as a tribute to her husband Vicky Kaushal's Punjabi roots. The bride's makeup was done by celebrity makeup artist Daniel Bauer, hair by stylist Amit Thakur, and her dupatta was draped by artist Dolly Jain.

To complement her outfit, she chose bespoke 22k gold jewellery by Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery, including, a matha patti, choker necklace, and bangles - all crafted using uncut diamonds and hand-strung pearls.

If you look closely, you will even notice her elegant mangalsutra with a teardrop-shaped diamond pendant.

Just like global star Priyanka Chopra, Katrina too opted for customised and handmade kaliras, an umbrella-shaped gold ornament attached to the bangles aka chooda of a Punjabi bride. Designed by Mrinalini Chandra and Rahul Luthra, her kaliras featured messenger doves and words like Cleep, Om and Elysian, which are special to the couple, written on them. Post the wedding, Rahul shared a video montage of the process of making Katrina’s gold kaliras

Among the many pieces of jewellery that Katrina wore, the big, bold sapphire engagement ring that is said to be from Tiffany's is hard to miss. Netizens believe it is inspired by Princess Diana’s iconic sapphire ring that now belongs to her daughter-in-law Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge.

The dashing groom, Vicky, opted for an ivory silk Sabyasachi sherwani featuring intricate marori embroidery. He paired it with a silk kurta, churidar, and a tussar georgette shawl with zari marori embroidery. His look was completed with a gold silk tissue pagri with a handcrafted kilangi (brooch) decorated with gemstones, and a statement Sabyasachi Heritage gold necklace with diamonds, quartz, and tourmalines.

A day before their wedding, during their sangeet ceremony, Katrina and Vicky celebrated their union with a five-tier vanilla cake by Delhi-based Caramel Patisserie, helmed by Myrra Jhunjhunwala. Decorated with imported berries, the cake weighed approximately 10-12 kgs and was worth Rs 4 lakh, as per a report by India Today.

Vicky and Katrina successfully managed to keep their relationship under wraps until the wedding prep began. The couple was first linked to each other back in 2019. Read more about Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif here
