INGREDIENTS
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
2 boiled potatoes
1 tbsp oil
For Thousand Island Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped jalapenos
1/4 tsp paprika powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
salt to taste
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
PREPARATION
- Heat oil in a pan, add broccoli and saute. Add salt, mix well. Now cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until broccoli becomes soft.

- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chilli, boiled potato and mix well. Turn off the heat and remove the mixture on a plate, allow it to cool.

- Add mayonnaise, onions, jalapenos, paprika powder, salt, black pepper powder and tomato ketchup in a bowl. Mix it well until well combined and our dressing is ready.

- Once the mixture cools down completely, shape it into coin size tikki. and keep aside. Heat oil on a tawa and cook the tikkis from both sides until golden.

- Serve hot along with a thousand island dressing.
