Ingredients For Broccoli Tikki Recipe

    • 1 cup chopped broccoli

    • 1 tbsp oil

    • salt to taste

    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

    • 1/2 tsp coriander powder

    • 1/4 tsp cumin powder

    • 1 chopped green chilli

    • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder

    • 2 boiled potatoes

    • 1 tbsp oil

  • For Thousand Island Dressing

    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

    • 1/4 cup chopped onion

    • 2 tbsp chopped jalapenos

    • 1/4 tsp paprika powder

    • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

    • salt to taste

    • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup

How to make Broccoli Tikki Recipe?

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add broccoli and saute. Add salt, mix well. Now cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until broccoli becomes soft.
  2. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chilli, boiled potato and mix well. Turn off the heat and remove the mixture on a plate, allow it to cool.
  3. Add mayonnaise, onions, jalapenos, paprika powder, salt, black pepper powder and tomato ketchup in a bowl. Mix it well until well combined and our dressing is ready.
  4. Once the mixture cools down completely, shape it into coin size tikki. and keep aside. Heat oil on a tawa and cook the tikkis from both sides until golden.
  5. Serve hot along with a thousand island dressing.
