From the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival to O Pedro’s annual Goa carnival, the upcoming weekend is all set to witness the comeback of some of the most awaited events in the city. After a hiatus of two years, Mumbai’s most-awaited Kala Ghoda Arts Festival is back with a bang! The multicultural street festival’s this year’s theme ‘Past <> Forward’ will host programmes across 14 verticals – dance, music, visual arts, theatre, literature, food, children’s literature and workshops, cinema, heritage walks, stand up comedy, street art, urban architecture, visual arts and workshops. With more than 10 iconic venues, this year will also witness new venues such as the YB Chavan Centre, IF.Be – the cultural space, and the Cooperage Bandstand Garden which will host a Farmer’s Market as well.

Leave all your stress behind and indulge in a one-of-a-kind experiential wellness festival organised by In:ha Wellness. Titled as the ‘Celestial Journey’ it’s a mindfully curated programme with tools, techniques and practices that aims to inspire individuals to embark on their holistic journey of wellness. Some of the workshops that you may attend are Somatic Intelligence by Zia Nath, Gut Health Nutrition by Prateek Kumar (Founder of FitCru), Mastering Breathwork and Yoga by Avni Talsania and Manifestation Mood Board workshop using Meditative Colour Therapy by In:haWellness.

A pizza party is never a bad idea! Expect a Detroit-style pizza menu that’s surely going to blow your mind. Packed with savoury, robust and meaty flavours, some of the must haves are Mexicana - smoked two bean patties, cheddar, roasted veg salsa, charred corn, pickled onion, crumbled feta and crushed cheese balls, and Pesto Presto - chicken patty, mozzarella, basil pesto, pickled red chilli, olives, balsamic glaze and cheese.
