Chef Vanika Choudhary of Noon, BKC in Mumbai, has been dedicated to organising a series of fermentation-led dining experiences for food lovers in the city by collaborating with several female chefs and entrepreneurs. The second collaboration of this series is taking place on January 27 and January 28, 2023. It is going to be a pop-up dinner at Noon, and the Kashmiri-origin chef will be joining hands with anthropologist Eleni Michael. Expect a 10-course menu featuring delectable Ladakhi delicacies with a fermented twist. Read more about it here.

2. DJ Edward Maya x Asilo  

Romanian DJ, singer, and Billboard Music Award winner Edward Maya will be taking over the music scene of Asilo at the St Regis Mumbai this weekend. Dance to the tunes and tracks of this famous artist, against the picturesque backdrop of the glittering Mumbai skyline at Asilo, one of Mumbai’s most popular rooftop destinations. And while you’re at it, also enjoy the lip-smacking food and perfectly crafted cocktails.

St+art India Foundation in collaboration with Asian Paints launched the Mumbai Urban Art Festival on December 22, 2022, and it is on until February 22, 2023. As part of this festival, Mumbaikars have been treated to a plethora of mindboggling art installations, travelling installations, workshops, talks, walks, and more. On the January 28-January 29, 2023, weekend, their schedule includes the ongoing Sassoon Dock Art Project Part 1 – Intuitions. Between the sea and the city, Sassoon Dock Art Project Part 2 – Illusions. Between the sea and the city, and the AP Art House.

Where: Multiple locations across Mumbai 

Imagine Dragons, AP Dhillon, The Stroke, Diplo, Prateek Kuhad, Divine, Apashe, and a host of popular Indian and international artists are coming to Mumbai for the ultimate multi-genre music festival Lollapalooza India. Lollapalooza is an international music fest that has travelled to India for the first time, and it is a two-day extravaganza. In addition to the best of music, people can expect scrumptious food, fun vibes and good times.

And once you're done attending the event, you can head to Poco Loco Tapas and Bar, a Mexican and Spanish restaurant in town, with your tickets for some tipples. The restaurant has introduced a special-edition cocktail menu inspired by the music artists at Lollapalooza India.
