Ingredients
For Kaju Katli
- water as required
- 1 ½ cup jaggery powder
- 1 cup cashew nut powder
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- pounded cashew nut for garnish
Preparation
- In a pan, add water and 1 1/2 cup jaggery powder and let it boil until it becomes thick in consistency.
- Then add 1 cup cashew nut powder, 1 tsp cardamom powder and let it cook.
- Grease a large platter with ghee and transfer the prepared mixture to it and let it cool down.
- Once set, cut it into a diamond shape and garnish it with pounded cashew nut. Kaju katli is ready to serve.
