Ingredients For Achari Paneer Recipe Recipe

  • 1 tsp coriander seeds

  • 250 gms paneer

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds 

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

  • 1 tsp nigella seeds 

  • 1 tsp red chili powder 

  • 1 tsp turmeric lt to taste

  • 1 tbsp oil   

  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 1 tomato (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste  1 tsp garam masala 1 t

  • 1-2 tsp dried mango powder (amchoor)

  • 1 tsp garam masala 

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves for garnish 

  • Salt to taste

How to make Achari Paneer Recipe Recipe?

  1. In a pan heat the oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander, and nigella seeds. Let them crackle for a few seconds.
  2. Then add the chopped onions chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt and saute until they turn translucent. Then add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for about a minute.
  3. Cook the tomatoes until they are tender. Take it off the flame and give it some time to cool. After the mixture cools, use a mixer to combine it into a smooth paste.
  4. Cut the paneer into cubes and use the paste to marinade them. Set it aside for a minimum of half an hour. Return the pan to a medium-high and add the marinated paneer and marinade.
  5. Add a little water if needed and cook for about five minutes. Then add the garam masala and dried mango powder on it. Stir everything together and cook for a minute or two more.
  6. Take off the heat and add some fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or roti.
