Ingredients For Chilli Soya Recipe

  • For cooking soya

    • 2 cups soya granules

    • 4 cups water

    • 2 tsp sugar

    • 1 tsp soya sauce

    • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

    • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

    • salt to taste

  • For frying

    • boiled soya

    • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

    • ¼ tsp black pepper powder

    • ⅛ tsp salt

    • 3 tbsp corn flour

    • oil for for frying

  • For sauce

    • 2 tbsp oil

    • 2 tsp chopped ginger

    • 2 tsp chopped garlic

    • 2 slit green chillies

    • ½ cup diced onion

    • ¼ cup diced yellow bell pepper (triangle)

    • ¼ cup red bell pepper

    • ¼ cup green capsicum

    • 2 tbsp ketchup

    • 2 tsp red chilli sauce

    • 1 tsp vinegar

    • 2 tbsp soya sauce

    • salt to taste

    • ¼ tsp pepper powder

    • 1 cup water

    • ¼ cup corn flour slurry

    • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

  • For garnish

    • 2 tbsp spring onion chopped

    • 1 tsp white sesame seeds

How to make Chilli Soya Recipe?

  1. Take a bowl and add soya chunks.
  2. Soak them into warm water (not too warm) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Now squeeze out the water from the soya chunks.
  4. Now put them into another bowl.
  5. Now add soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, sugar and mix well.
  6. Add corn flour and black pepper powder.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Now put the chunks in baking tray and bake it for 5 minutes on 180 degree.
  9. Heat oil in a wok, add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, green chillies and sauté.
  10. Add onions, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and capsicum.
  11. Now add ketchup, red chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and sauté.
  12. Add pepper powder, water, salt and corn flour slurry. Now add soya chunks and mix well.
  13. Serve and garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds
