Ingredients For Fish Cutlets 🐟 Recipe

  • 5 pieces mackerel fish

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp corriander, finely chopped

  • 1 pinch black pepper powder

  • 1 pinch jeera powder

  • 1 pinch garam masala

  • 1 pinch tumeric powder

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1/2 tsp lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp ginger, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 tsp oil for frying the cutlets

  • 1/2 cup water to boil the mackerel

  • Rawa as required

How to make Fish Cutlets 🐟 Recipe?

  1. Take a handi and add 1/2 cup water, than add 1/2 tsp salt to the mackerel and boil the mackerel for 5 minutes at low flame.
  2. Than, remove the bones of the mackerel and remove the meat.
  3. In a bowl, Add the mackerel meat and all the above ingerdients and mix well.
  4. In a plate add Rawa.
  5. Than, take the cutlet mixture, and make round balls and than shape the cutlets and coat them with the rawa.
  6. In a frying pan, add 4 tsp oil and fry the cutlets on both the sides until golden brown.
  7. Fish cutlets are ready to be enjoyed.
