Ingredients For Italian eggless almond Biscotti Recipe
100gm roasted almonds
300gm all purpose flour
200gm condensed milk
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
40gm Butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
How to make Italian eggless almond Biscotti Recipe?
- In a bowl, add condensed milk and brown sugar mix them..
- Then add vinegar and vanilla essence and again mix them.
- Sieve baking powder and all purpose flour in other bowl.
- Add butter to it and mix them.
- Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and make a flexible dough.
- Then add roasted almonds to it and make the dough ready.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts.
- Make log of thickness of 1cm from both dough.
- Place them on the greased tray and bake at 180°C for 25mins.
- Bring the tray out and let it to cool for 10mins.
- Cut the log with the bread knife with the breadth of 1.5cm.
- Place them on the tray and again bake it at 150°C for 15mins.(flip them in half time).
- Your italian eggless almond Biscotti is ready.
