Ingredients For Power-Up Multi Grain Oats Gluten Free Cookies Recipe

  • 1 cup multi grain wheat flour

  • salt

  • assorted dry fruits (blue berries, cranberries, roasted almond, raisins, walnuts)

  • oats powder

  • 2 cup jaggery powder

  • Half cup butter

  • 2-3 tbsp milk (if the mixture becomes dry)

How to make Power-Up Multi Grain Oats Gluten Free Cookies Recipe?

  1. Dry roast whole wheat flour for 3-5 min on medium-low flame.
  2. Cream the butter and jaggery.
  3. Add the dry ingredients (wheat flour, oats powder, dry fruits, pinch of salt).
  4. Add milk if required.
  5. Shape the cookies and design accordingly.
  6. On a baking tray, line butter paper.
  7. Bake 180° for 15 min
  8. Plate the cookies & enjoy!
