Ingredients For Sindhi Curry Recipe

  • 5-6 tbsp oil/ghee

  • 1tsp jeera

  • 8-10 curry leaves

  • 2tsp red chilli powder

  • ½ tsp haldi

  • Salt to taste

  • 5-6 Tomatoes (puree)

  • 100gms cluster beans (gavar)

  • 100gms lady finger (bhindi)

  • 3-4 pcs drumstick

  • 2-3 dried kokum flower

  • 4-5 florent of cauliflower

  • Coriander

  • 6-7 baby potatoes

  • 50gms besan

How to make Sindhi Curry Recipe?

  1. Heat oil
  2. Add besan n cook till its slightly brown
  3. Add jeera, curry leaves, red chilli
  4. Add tomato puree with water
  5. Give it a boil and add all vegetables
  6. Add kokum flower after 15mins
  7. Let it boil for 30mins
  8. Add fried bhindi and coriander
  9. Boil for 10mins and serve with steam rice
