½ cup गोंद Edible Gum
500 gms मावा Maawa
1/3 cup दूध Milk
3 tsp कत्रिम मीठा Artificial Sweetner
200 ml घी तलने के लिए Oil to Fry
¼ cup कटे बादाम Diced Almonds
½ cup मगज Melon Seeds
1/3 cup कटे काजू Diced Cashew Nuts
½ cup नारियल बुरादा desiccated coconut
1 tsp इलायची पाउडर cardamom powder
How to make Sugarfree Gond Ki Mithayi चीनी मुक्त गोंद की मिठाई Recipe?
- Fry the dry fruits
- Fry the edible gum
- Fry the melon seeds
- Light roast the desiccated coconut
- Heat the milk
- Add artificial sweetener
- Add maawa and mix well.
- When the mixture thickens up, add cardamom powder in it
- Mix all the other ingredients, i.e. dry fruits, melon seeds, and edible gum.
- Mix all these very well.
- Set the mixture into the tray tightly and leave for hardening 2 hours. You may also put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Cut into square pieces and the dessert is ready to eat!
