  • ½ cup गोंद Edible Gum

  • 500 gms मावा Maawa

  • 1/3 cup दूध Milk

  • 3 tsp कत्रिम मीठा Artificial Sweetner

  • 200 ml घी तलने के लिए Oil to Fry

  • ¼ cup कटे बादाम Diced Almonds

  • ½ cup मगज Melon Seeds

  • 1/3 cup कटे काजू Diced Cashew Nuts

  • ½ cup नारियल बुरादा desiccated coconut

  • 1 tsp इलायची पाउडर cardamom powder

How to make Sugarfree Gond Ki Mithayi चीनी मुक्त गोंद की मिठाई Recipe?

  1. Fry the dry fruits
  2. Fry the edible gum
  3. Fry the melon seeds
  4. Light roast the desiccated coconut
  5. Heat the milk
  6. Add artificial sweetener
  7. Add maawa and mix well.
  8. When the mixture thickens up, add cardamom powder in it
  9. Mix all the other ingredients, i.e. dry fruits, melon seeds, and edible gum.
  10. Mix all these very well.
  11. Set the mixture into the tray tightly and leave for hardening 2 hours. You may also put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  12. Cut into square pieces and the dessert is ready to eat!
