  • Noodles 2 packet

  • Eggs 2

  • Red Bell pepper chopped 1/2 cup

  • Yellow Bell pepper chopped 1/2 cup

  • Green Bell pepper chopped 1/2 cup

  • Onions chopped 1/2 cup

  • Green chilli chopped 3to4 or as per taste

  • Cabbage chopped 1/2 cup

  • Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup

  • Garlic chopped or paste 1tblsp

  • Red Chilli sauce 3to4 tblsp

  • Dark Soya sauce 2tblsp

  • Vinegar 2tblsp

  • Black papper powder 1tblsp

  • Salt as per taste

How to make Veg Hakka Noodles Recipe Recipe?

  1. Boil noodles
  2. Heat a pan than add 1 tbls oil
  3. Get 2eggs and add in black papper powder, chilli flakes and salt to taste and beat all
  4. Once a oil is heated add in bitted eggs and scrumbled all.
  5. It's ready scrumbled Eggs.
  6. Heat a oil and add in garlic paste or chopped. Saute 1 minute
  7. Add chopped onion and green chilli saute when onion is transparent or little bit of pink
  8. Add chopped veggies. Carrots, Bell pepper
  9. Sprinkle salt as per taste
  10. Add cabbage chopped and saute all together
  11. Add a black papper powder and saute
  12. Add a boiled noodles and mix well
  13. Add all sauces: red Chilli sauce, dark Soya sauce and vinegar and mix well
  14. Add rest of cabbage, scrumbled Eggs and chopped coriander leaves for freshness and leave it for 2 minutes on low flame
  15. Now ready to serve.
