Ingredients For Chingya Caldo Recipe

  • For Chingya Caldo

    • 1 cup boiled green moong dal

    • 1 cup grated coconut

    • 2 tbsp palm jaggery

    • 2 tbsp sugarcane jaggery

    • pinch of salt

    • ½ tbsp cardamom powder

How to make Chingya Caldo Recipe?

  1. Add boiled green moong dal, grated coconut, palm jaggery, sugarcane jaggery, salt and cardamom powder and water to a mixer jar and blend well.
  2. Heat some water in a pan.
  3. Add the ground moong dal mixture to this pan and cook till gets a smooth texture.
  4. Pour this mixture in a glass and garnish with grated coconut and cardamom powder.
