Ingredients For Delhi Style Momos Recipe

  • For dough

    • 250 gm maida

    • a pinch of salt water as required

  • For veggies

    • 2 cup chopped cabbage

    • ¼ cup chopped carrot

    • 2 chopped fresh green chillies

    • 2 inch chopped ginger

    • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

    • salt to taste

    • 1 tsp MSG (mono-sodium glutamate) / Aromate

How to make Delhi Style Momos Recipe?

  1. Take a bowl and add flour and salt to it, mix both.
  2. Add water.
  3. Make a semi hard dough out of it. Now cover it and keep it to rest for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl which is cabbage, carrot, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves.
  5. Now add Aromate and salt to taste.
  6. Mix well and keep aside for 5-6 minutes.
  7. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  8. Now we will roll the dough ball on the board.
  9. Add stuffing.
  10. Give it a desired shape.
  11. Repeat the process.
  12. In a streamer add water and bring the water to boil, lightly oil the steamer and arrange the momos.
  13. Steam the momos for 12-15 minutes on high flame.
  14. Serve hot with mayo and momos chutney.
