Ingredients For Desi Chapati Noodles Recipe

  • For Desi Chapati Noodles

    • 1 tbsp oil

    • ½ tsp chopped ginger

    • ½ tsp chopped garlic

    • 1 cup shredded cabbage

    • ¼ cup green capsicum

    • ¼ cup shredded carrot

    • ¼ cup red bell pepper

    • ¼ cup sliced onion

    • 1 tsp red chilli sauce

    • 1 tsp tomato ketchup

    • 1 tsp soy sauce

    • 1 tsp white vinegar

    • 1 cup chapati noodles

    • salt to taste

    • crushed black pepper

    • chopped spring onion greens

    • toasted white sesame seeds

How to make Desi Chapati Noodles Recipe?

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and saute it for a minute. Now add cabbage, green capsicum, carrot, red bell pepper, onion and saute it for 2 minutes.
  2. Add red chilli sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and saute it for a minute or so. Now add chapati noodles, salt and black pepper and saute it for a minute.
  3. Desi Chapati Noodles are ready to be served. Garnish it with spring onion greens and toasted white sesame seeds.
