Kothimbir Vadi is a Maharashtrian dish that’s made from Besan flour mixed with spices and either deep-fried and shallow fried. Chef gives this yummy snack a twist and steams it to retain all the goodness of coriander, which is rich in calcium, controls cholesterol, promotes digestion and gut health.

To complement this yummy dish, Chef makes Giloy Kadha. Giloy is a climbing shrub that is native to India and advocated in Indian medicine for ages. Giloy calms nerves and promotes stress-relieving hormones, and also boosts immunity.

Giloy Kadha with Kothimbir Vadi is a tasty and healthy evening snack combo.
