Ingredients For Goan Prawn Crackers Recipe

  • For Goan Prawn Crackers

    • 10-15 pcs prawns

    • salt

    • 1 tsp white pepper powder

    • 1 ½ cup tapioca flour

    • oil for frying

How to make Goan Prawn Crackers Recipe?

  1. In a mixer jar, grind together prawns, salt and white pepper powder to make a smooth paste.
  2. Add tapioca flour to the mixer jar and grind again.
  3. Remove this mixture in a bowl, add some tapioca flour, mix well and knead a dough.
  4. Divide the dough in two portions and give them cylindrical shape.
  5. In a pan, heat some water and boil the dough in it.
  6. Remove the dough from water, let it cool, sprinkle some tapioca flour over it and cut the dough into small pieces.
  7. Roll these pieces with the help of a rolling pin and keep on plastic sheet to dry in the sun for 2-3 days.
  8. Deep-fry in oil and serve hot.
