  • For Gubba Vadiyalu

    • 2 cups soaked rice

    • salt to taste

    • oil for frying

How to make Gubba Vadiyalu Recipe?

  1. Soak rice for 4-5 hours. Grind the soaked rice with salt in a mixer jar to a form a fine smooth paste.
  2. Next, heat 6-7 cups pf water in a pan and pour the smooth rice paste in it.
  3. Stir continuously to form a smooth dough.
  4. Switch of the flame and stir the dough continuously to allow it to cool down.
  5. Remove the dough in a bowl.
  6. Take a plastic sheet, apply some water on palms and put tiny pieces of dough on the sheet.
  7. Dry the pieces in sun for 2-3 hours.
  8. Deep fry the Gubba Vadiyalu.
