    • 7-8 prawns

    • salt

    • 1 tbsp lemon juice

    • 1 tsp turmeric powder

    • 1 tbsp garlic paste

    • 5-6 tbsp oil

    • 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds

    • 2 tbsp achar masala

  1. In a bowl, marinate the prawns with salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder and garlic paste for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fenugreek seeds. Now, add achar masala and marinated prawns to it and cook well.
