Ingredients For Multigrain Bites Recipe

  • For Multigrain Bites

    • 3 cups jaggery powder

    • water as required

    • 2 cups puffed rice

    • 1 cup puffed wheat

    • 1 cup white sesame seeds

    • 1 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds)

    • 1 cup puffed amaranth

    • ½ cup roasted flax seeds

    • 1 tbsp dried rose petals

How to make Multigrain Bites Recipe?

  1. In a pan add 3 cups jaggery powder and water and let it melt on low flame.
  2. Then add 2 cup puffed Rice, 1 cup puffed Wheat, 1 cup white sesame seeds, 1 cup mixed nuts, 1 cup puffed amaranth, 1/2 cup roasted flax seeds, 1 tbsp dried Rose petals and mix it properly.
  3. Grease a plate with ghee and add the mixture to the plate and let it set.
  4. Once it cools down cut it into small bites. Multigrain Bites are ready to serve.
