Piyush is a cold beverage. It is a coolant drink for summer. Piyush is made by combining shrikhand and buttermilk and is infused with saffron and cardamom, and nutmeg powders. According to Ayurveda, Shrikhand (made from hung yogurt) is excellent for gut health, bone health and digestion. The addition of buttermilk (a popular summer drink) to shrikhand makes Piyush. This drink cools you in the summers.

Piyush is uniquely tasty and healthy too.
