    • 20 gram butter

    • 20 gram refined flour

    • 250 ml milk

    • 1 small onion

    • 1 bay leaf

    • 2 cloves

    • salt as per taste

    • ¼ tsp white pepper powder

    • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

    • 1 tsp mixed herbs

    • 1 tsp chilli flakes

  • For pasta

    • 1 cup penne pasta

    • water for cooking

    • salt to taste

  • For garnish

    • basil leaves

How to make White Sauce Pasta Recipe?

  1. Attach bay leaf to half cut onion with the help of cloves.
  2. In a pan add milk, onion and bring it to boil. Turn the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Now take out the onion.
  4. Now take another deep bottom pan and boil water in it.
  5. Add salt.
  6. Now add pasta and boil.
  7. Strain the pasta and keep aside.
  8. Melt butter in a pan.
  9. Add refined flour and cook on low flame for 20-30 seconds.
  10. Add infused milk.
  11. Cook the mixture slowly until mixture becomes lump free and thick.
  12. Add cheese, salt, pepper powder and mix well.
  13. Add boiled pasta, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and mix well.
  14. Serve hot garnish with basil leaves.
