Let’s begin the beachy gateway journey with the opulently luxurious Alibaug Beach which is just 4 hours drive away from the Queen of the Deccan, Pune. Tucked away along the Konkan coastline, the pristine shore boosts some of the best sunrise and sunsets.

This beach provides more than just the usual activities; scuba diving, snorkelling, and other incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experiences are available. Additionally, you can take a stroll along the glittering sands or just relax in the peaceful atmosphere they provide.

With its historic forts and quaint villages Alibaug proves to be one the most promising beaches near Pune where one can not only unwind but also explore the rich cultural heritage of the place.

A short drive of 150 kilometres brings you to the serene Mandwa Beach — renowned for its panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. Mandwa is a haven for those seeking respite from the everyday hustle of the concrete jungles. The laid-back atmosphere and the glistening waters offer an exquisite canvas for relaxation as well as some adventure with  jet ski, quad bike ride, banana boat, wakeboarding, parasailing, bumper ride,  kite surfing, power kite and swimming.

Also you can explore the ironic Sindhudurg Fort built  on an island during Maratha rule just off the coast.
