Chilli Soya

Take a bowl and add soya chunks.

Soak them into warm water (not too warm) for about 5 minutes.   

Now squeeze out the water from the soya chunks.

Now put them into another bowl.

Now add soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, sugar and mix well.

Add corn flour and black pepper powder.   

Mix well.   

Now put the chunks in baking tray and bake it for 5 minutes on 180 degree.   

Heat oil in a wok, add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, green chillies and sauté.

Add onions, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and capsicum.

Now add ketchup, red chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and sauté.

In a bowl add paneer, along with ingredients needed for marination which is Ginger Garlic Paste, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder or Chilli Paste, Pepper Powder, Salt, Vinegar

Now take another bowl and add refined flour, 2 tablespoon corn flour, salt, pepper powder 

Now add water and mix well  

Sprinkle remaining corn flour into the marinated paneer

For cream of tomato soup, we will first take the main ingredient of this dish which is tomato and cut it in half. 

After roughly cutting the tomatoes, take a baking tray and put all the tomatoes in it.

Just like roughly cutting the tomato, similarly, cut the carrot, onion, and garlic too. After cutting, put them all in the same baking tray and sprinkle thyme on top.

Add olive oil on top of all the vegetables and herbs 

Sprinkle salt and pepper. Give it a quick stir to vegetables, spices and herbs

Now bake it in a preheated oven @ 180 degree Celsius for 30-40 minutes. After proper roasting, add basil leaves and mix it well.

Blend the roasted vegetable 

Strain the mixture.

Return the soup back to the fire and adjust consistency using stock.  let it cook for 20-25 minutes.

Grind the soaked urad dal with water in a mixer. Prepare a thick paste of it. 

Remove this thick paste in a bowl and add salt, grated ginger, asafoetida, red chilli powder, and sesame seeds.

Remove water from the grated white pumpkin and mix this with other ingredients in the bowl.

Add melon seeds, baking soda and some more sesame seeds to the mixture and mix well.

Next, take a ring and plastic sheet and apply oil on both. Now make the bijora on the plastic sheet by giving them shape of the ring.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds and keep the bijora to dry in the sun for 7 days.

Fry till golden brown to serve.

In a bowl, grate the boiled potatoes. 

Add cumin seeds, rock salt, a pinch of red chilli powder and soaked sabudana to the grated potatoes and mix well.

Apply some oil on palms of your hand to male balls of this mixture.

Put a ball between a plastic sheet and roll with a rolling pin. Repeat the procedure for other mixture balls.

Keep the papads for drying in the sun for 3-4 days.

Deep-fry the sabudana papad. Sprinkle some red chilli powder and serve.
